🛑 1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us to be officially accepted.

  • For one-time project services, you may cancel before we begin work on your project. Work is considered started once strategy planning, design, research, or campaign setup begins.

  • For monthly services (like SEO, PPC, social media marketing retainer plans), cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

  • If a cancellation is not received before the billing deadline, you may be charged for the next billing cycle.

Your cancellation request will be confirmed in writing once processed.


💰 2. Refund Policy

Because digital marketing services involve strategy, planning, setup, and dedicated expert work, refunds are generally not provided once services have begun.

Refund Guidelines:

  • Services involving strategy, execution, and ongoing work (like SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Web Design, etc.) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Refund requests based solely on performance outcomes (such as rankings, traffic, or leads) cannot be granted, since results depend on external factors like search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions which are beyond our control.

  • For monthly retainers, ongoing services continue until the end of the current paid period; refunds for the current period will not be issued.

Exceptions Considered:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical billing errors
    These cases will be reviewed individually and any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.

If a refund is approved (in rare eligible cases):

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Third-party costs (e.g., advertising spend, tools, hosting fees, domain registration) are non-refundable.
